Shipping terms are written for card-network review and customer clarity before payment.
Free shipping threshold: $80 USD.
Prices are shown and charged in USD only. Sales tax, shipping, duties, and customs charges are confirmed before payment when applicable.
Free standard shipping applies to orders over $80 before tax and duties. Orders below that threshold show an $8 standard shipping estimate before payment.
Standard shipping is estimated at 5-10 business days after order processing. Expedited options may be offered before payment when available.
Orders normally process within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, weather delays, carrier disruptions, and customs review.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Address corrections, reshipments, or carrier return-to-sender events may require additional shipping charges.
Tracking is emailed when the carrier scan is available. Boldout keeps shipment and delivery records for support, refund, and dispute evidence.
Lost or damaged shipment claims must be reported to support within 7 days of the carrier delivery date or expected delivery date.
Boldout ships from the United States to eligible destinations. Destination laws, carrier rules, customs rules, or product restrictions may prevent shipment.
Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges unless checkout states otherwise.
The Multi-Tool Compact Plier contains no knife blade, but some venues, carriers, or countries may still restrict tools. The order may be canceled if shipment is not lawful.
BLE tracking tags include electronics and batteries. Shipment depends on carrier and destination acceptance.
